Refund policy

 Just Beecause Box does not accept returns and all sales are final. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges of Just Beecause Boxes, box items, Add-Ons, additional box purchases, Shop orders, or Edit/Themed Sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

What if I have an issue with my received order?​​​​

Due to availability, some items may be substituted of equal or greater value than what is pictured on the website.  Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 2 weeks of your delivery date. Please contact our Customer Care Team at team@justbeecausebox.com and we will assist you with getting missing orders replaced.
